Filming your sport technique in slow motion

Short answerUse Slo-mo at 120 or 240 fps, film side-on and front-on in good light, keep the phone level at hip height, and compare the same angle every session.
Settings
Settings › Camera › Record Slo-mo sets the frame rate. 240 fps catches fast moments; 120 fps keeps more light.
Angles
- Side-on (down the line) for path and posture.
- Front-on (face on) for balance and rotation.
Compare fairly
Same angle, distance and height each time. Mark the spot.
Questions
Why is slow motion dark indoors?
Higher frame rates need more light. Film outdoors or in bright rooms.
